Delivery Time

Since all items are print-on-demand (manufactured after receiving your order), production and shipping typically take 7 to 14 business days after order confirmation.

Once shipped, delivery to Japan may take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

As all our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

However, we will process returns or exchanges for initial defects in the following cases:

・The product has manufacturing defects such as printing errors, stains, or damage.
・The item received differs from your order.

In the event of an initial defect, please contact us at support-shop@kenransaiga.com within 7 days of receiving the item, and attach a photo clearly showing the product's condition. After verification, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
